It has been a long held belief of mine that we should have the very best people “running” our country irrespective of their political affinities, if you like a sort of true coalition – by the people for the people.

It is said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, in the same way the beauty of any change is in the eye of the recipient. The move away from undue party political influence over our District should prove a thing of beauty for us who live and work in this fine corner of Essex
