					<description><![CDATA[Can we also have Grove Hill leading from Stansted Mountfitchett to Elsenham looked at?  This is a well known local bottleneck relying on poorly positioned traffic lights to &#039;police&#039; it.  It&#039;s quite obvious that  a set of lights need re-positioning to well beyond the houses, thus allowing traffic to only ever flow in one direction at a time through a single carriageway.  This will be become ever more critical with the new developments that are going up in Elsenham.  I urge some action on this]]></description>
