The village is set to expand by 40% on current planning applications, and this looked like the only bit of good news on supporting infrastructure. So I asked Cllr Gooding (ECC Cabinet member for Education, and in whose ward JFA is situated) for confirmation so it could go into our village magazine.

I asked twice by email and once in person. He refused to confirm the expansion but insisted there was a plan. But he never produced it.
