There are a lot of firms that i am sure would like the job and if they collect from one point and delivery to one point the price could be shared. I know that this is not the answer but maybe a cheaper option that the one offered by the council ??

The issue Colin faces appears to be the “commercialisation” of services to JFAN and SWCHS. The basis and evidence for that decision by ECC does need a lot more scrutiny than appears to have happened to date. I also commend Cllr Lodge for the attention he has brought to this matter.
