The biggest documents missing from the evidence base are the Air Quality Study, which is key for Saffron Walden. And for all areas more detailed highways studies are required to look at the whole interconnected highways network, rather than what was done, which was primarily look at individual junctions. There are also other things which will be important, such as updated water cycle studies, particularly for the new settlements.
