Uli Gerhard

From his business career Uli is expert in dealing with complex problems. He has a PhD in Chemistry from Cambridge and has spent several decades in banking and investment portfolio management. During the Covid pandemic he has also been volunteering in local vaccination centres.

Uli is a former local school governor. Uli also cares passionately about our rural environment and has been a beekeeper for over 30 years. He and his wife, local GP Dr Yvonne Girgis-Hanna, live in Radwinter and their children attend SWCHS.

From his business career Uli is expert in dealing with complex problems. He wants to bring those business skills to supporting council finance and local economy programmes. During the Covid pandemic he has also been volunteering in the Bishops Stortford and Harlow vaccination centres.

Closer to home, as a former Radwinter school governor, Uli has shown that he’s happy to stand up and support local parents. Now he wants to represent all his fellow residents.
